The Implanet Card and the booklet should be given to the surgeon, every time there is a post-operative control and / or in case of a revision surgery, in order to deliver the neccessary information on the surgery and the implants.
The surgeon may either read the details from the card, if he / she is equipped with an Implanet RFID card reader, or via our website at www.implanet.com.
Confidential data processing guarantee
This procedure allows us to guarantee an anonymous treatment of each case, as IMPLANET does not have access to confidential data such as names and addresses. The serial number of the card and / or the information requested on the Implanet booklet are the only information necessary for an accurate identification of the implanted prosthesis and its components.
